Why isn't my phone turning on?

ERROR - “The item you were attempting to purchase could not be found”

I'm getting this error while i'm trying to buy some game (e.g. Minecraft - Pocket Edition).
How to fix it?

Did you've tried to clear Play Store Cache and also, are you in USA? Sometimes is due to country restrictions.

You can try also to buy it into a PC in the Web Play Store so the Play Store App will sync it in to your device
