how can I stop Google Chrome from reading things out loud randomly

Sometimes when Google Chrome opens a results page after I run a search, a computer voice says "here is some information about xyz" and then reads the first bit out loud. I'm using galaxy samsung 4 this I keep updated, and I've tried stopping text to speech everywhere I can find it. No success yet. How can I stop this? Thanks.

Reading out aloud that doesn't makes sense ! I haven't seen chrome saying out loud about the things any way I would say you should try checking the Talkback services and make sure that it's turned off.
