LG G2 D802 possible software issue

hi , i have a lg g2 d802 and its touch it's not working properly ,like when i touch somewhere it gets touched somwhere else ,and a guy said somthing about a bootloader cannot be found and i tried resetting it but stillnthe same and i did replaced the touch but the same ,is there anyone who has any idea about this?

Welcome to Android Central! You mean you did a factory reset? And you actually replaced the touchscreen digitizer? What guy said what about the bootloader not being found--was this a technician who worked on your phone?
