    I have a Samsung Galaxy S3 Phone and received a picture from message text, I want to tap and send to someone else, tapping is not working, I get nothing, before now I don't.

    Sounds like something is stuck in transmission. My S3 does that too. Go into Settings-Application manager, choose your texting app and clear the cache (not the data, just the cache). Then return to the text with the photo. You should be able to view or download the photo, and share it via text, email, whatever.
