White box over browser

Lately I've been running into some websites where I have a white box over a good majority of the screen. i have a Galaxy Note 3 using the stock Web browser. I can seem to figure out what's going on. So what i did was default it to Chrome browser and i had no issues. hope the picture helps.

The only time I've seen anything close is when I had the screen expanded to the point that I couldn't see the X or Close for the box. Your picture doesn't look like that, though. But then, Internet (the default browser) was one of the first pieces of bloat I removed from my N3. I have Firefox as my default, but a few other browsers (some people who call themselves web developers have written sites that only work in Chrome, for example, and Atlas, while it may not have many features, is very fast [probably because it doesn't have many features]) are there for when I need them.
