Volume fluctuating, S Voice and Music Player opening on their own
Hey everyone,
I've never had a problem with my Samsung Galaxy Note II up until 3 days ago.
For no apparent reason the S Voice, Volume levels and Music player start to act on their own. I disabled S Voice (since i don't use it anyways) but the volume levels and music player still change/open on their own. It mostly happens when I'm watching videos on chrome or youtube. I've also had my music stopped and volume increased/decreased even though I'm not touch anything.
I've already went into recovery to wipe the cache and also did a factory reset. Nevertheless the problem still persists. I've also looked around the net for more information, but they keep telling me after the cache wipe and reset the problems persist.
Anyone know what I need to do to get rid of this annoying problem?
