On my Moto X why has a lady's voice taken over my phone?

I have a motorola moto x

I went into the settings & without realizing it screwed myself royally I cannot get back into my phone a lady's voice takes me everywhere but where i want to go. Several forums said to go to settings, then accessibility there is NO getting to my settings help this voice has taken over my phone & i cannot do anything with it. Thanks

I don't see why you're unable to access Settings. Have you tried booting into Recovery from a powered-off state, and selecting Wipe Cache Partition? Or even, if nothing else for it, Factory Reset, which of course will wipe the phone, including your personal data not backed up?
