Question Phone Bluetooth Audio forcing disconnect in Car?

Hello everyone!
My sister has a 2022 Hyundai Tucson with wireless Android Auto. Up until 2 weeks ago, when she is connected via Android Auto the WhatsApp voice note will play through her car speakers when selected. Now it doesn't.

When I go into the Bluetooth settings on her phone, it has the audio option deselected. When I try to select it, it unselects itself. Any help with this?

Have you tried deleting the connection then repairing to the car?

Deleted. Then tried again. Then unpaired. Tried again.
No dice

She doesn't use any other apps so I wouldn't know.

I will also add that when her phone is connected to the car, in the main Bluetooth menu, it says "connected for phone calls" rather than "connected for phone calls and audio". So something is stopping it.
