Why am I getting an error message when I try to send a text message?

stock SMS problem

Hi folks, I always had stock sms disabled on my moto g and use go sms pro without any issue. Today for some reason when I open sms I get a message saying "Go sms pro is your sms app you can change this in settings" with the stock messaging icon on the top of the screen (if I tap this message Go sms opens as normal). In settings messaging is disabled and go sms is set as default.

There may have been an update to the app which asks that question.
If GO is noted as your default app, is there any other problems?

No, it's working fine once I tap the message to open the "original" go sms messages. Just a pain in the ****

Solved. I changed the icons yeaterday and just noticed I'd placed the messaging one instead of Go pro in the app drawer.
