What is wrong with my games/apps

xperia z1 c6906 version
BEFORE I SAY IT i have uninstalled all apps factory reset cleared caches but this problem is still there. what is happening is every so often i get a bunch of advertisements saving themselves into any part of my phone possible some even saved as pictures and all this was without any notice or prompt by me some are also saving in the caches and saving as random file folders and nothing i use really detects it please help

Welcome to Android Central! Are you just seeing ad images in your Gallery? It's likely that the apps are caching ad images on your local storage, which is not that unusual (and is not in itself malware). These images will show up in your Gallery app if the directory where they're located doesn't contain a file called ".nomedia".
