splanner data disappeared?
I have lost data from my samsung phone and it seemed to happen with either synching or an auto update? Samsung dont have a clue and said never heard problem before but having googled it appears many people have had same question unanswered? Frustrating that samsung who made product could not find my data or acknowledge this problem has been around couple years

I bought samsung galaxy tablet also and noticed it will only charge properly from socket as well as it recently seemed to cut out albeit for a couple seconds so any help appreciated?
