Why isn't my tablet NOT registering Internet despite picking up WiFi Signal?

My tablet is NOT registering Internet despite picking up WiFi Signal

Hi - my tablet is not establishing Internet connection (Red color Wifi bars, instead of Green) despite picking up WiFi signals at work.

I suspect, that it could be "blocked" due to previous doses of downloading Apps.

Is there anyway to re-establishing the connection maybe using Hide IP App etc,,?

I tried renaming the tablet, but still not connecting !!
