My XT907's screen suddenly stopped being responsive, how can I fix this?

My XT907's screen suddenly stopped being responsive

My XT907's screen stopped responding and it also takes around 10-20 seconds to turn on the screen after hitting the power button (Not powering up just waking up the phone). Does anyone know how I could fix this or what could be wrong?

A Cache Partition wipe may help.
