Why won't my Bright-Tab Android 4.4 Kit Kat connect to wifi anymore?

[AC Question]

It used to connect fine, all of the sudden it disconnected and won't connect. Actually when I go to the wifi to turn it on, it goes to on, stays gray and doesn't show any available connections when I know there is. Even went into the network option, tried searching it says error?
