I locked myself out of my Neutablet, how can I get back in?

Welcome to Android Central! How did you lock yourself out? Did you forget your password? Word of advice for the future--if you're prone to forgetting very important information like passwords, then write them down and keep them somewhere secure in your house.

Some devices will prompt you for your Google credentials if you fail the login too many times. Others will do a factory reset and wipe the data if you fail too many times. In your case, either should be acceptable solutions, since I would imagine you haven't accumulated any precious information on the tablet over just 3 days.
