Earphone volumn is very faint unless I cover the noise suppression hole in the back, how can I fix this so I don't have to cover the hole in the back?

Earphone volumn is very faint unless I cover the noise supression hole in back.

A couple of weeks ago the earpiece seems to have quit fully working. When I receive a call, I actually can hear the caller better if I turn the phone over, sounds like the voice is coming out of the camera area. I don't see a speaker there, just a noise suppression mic hole.

If I cover the noise suppression mic on the back, I can hear the caller more clearly.

I have the noise suppression off in call settings.

Any ideas??
