Why don't I have LED notifications on my S5 since the Lollipop update?

[AC Question]

After lollipop update on my Verizon S5, I no longer have LED notifications

I have gone thru all options under settings to see if there was anything set up incorrectly, nothing I could find needs changing. I don't really want to format the phone to factory settings because even that is not 100% guaranteed to work. Is there any suggestion on this out there or is it a known bug?
