Galaxy S3 won't boot. (Boot Loop) I Believe CWM is the problem. Very important data is on my phone!

My GS3 is being a jerk right now. If you know anything about this issue than there is no reason for me to explain what is going on. All I want off my phone are my memos in S Memo (must have) and my pictures/videos (somewhat important). I'm willing to use any type of installation and what-not. I'm planning on getting a S5 in fact, all i want are my memos.
