Will my AT&T iPhone 4 SIM work on the One Plus One?

A

AC Question

I'm tired of my slow old iphone and I am considering buying the One Plus One. So, if I put my micro-SIM card from my carrier-locked iPhone 4 in the One Plus One, will it work properly or do I have to get an android specific SIM card?

This should work just fine. I came from a iPhone 4 to a Nexus 5 and all I did was take out the SIMs card and put in the Nexus before I ever powered it on. The SIM from the iPhone is a micro as you stated. Is the SIMs for the One Plus One also the same size or is it a nano? If it is a nano, you would have to cut it down. But rather then doing that, I would go to your carrier store and get a nano.

The larger carriers don't charge for SIM cards, you just walk in, ask them to do an equipment swap to the OnePlus, and if it needs a new card, they'll give you one. They'll also be able to transfer your contacts and, depending on the carrier, maybe other data.
