Why is my internal memory on my LG Realm (LS620) still full after I deleted alot of my files

The LG Realm does not have the option to choose SD card as primary storage, is there a way I can fix this problem?

There is only about 1.3 GB usable after the OS is accounted for. Do you have any large apps on the device? A lot of text messages with pictures?

We just deleted the texts, are there any other suggestions to free up space?
