Why won't my Samsung accept my pin code?

why will my samsung not accept my pin code

Samsung galaxy s3, was dropped in water. 6 month later its now dry enough and will power up. But i can not get past the enter pin code. I have added the one that i had used, also the old 1210 as it was on mobile uk network, 1111 & 0000. It allows you to add it 5 times then says wait for 30 seconds and try again. I need to get the pics off it and restore factory settings HELP PLEASE

Have you contacted Samsung? They should be able to provide you with a walk through to try and access the locked device and retrieve the photos.
