How do I change the always to just once for using chrome to search

when faced with the option of searching with chrome or other, I accidently clicked always instead of just once. How do I go back and change that?

It depends on the phone/OS Version you have, but in general just find the Application Manager in your Settings, find Chrome, and from the screen that lets you clear data, cache, and uninstall, scroll down to the CLEAR DEFAULTS section. Just clear those and any action associated with Chrome will now ask you again if you want to use it just once or always for said action. Sadly, you can't 'un-default' just one action, so ANY action associated with Chrome will also pop the question again.
