just updated android device today have lost everything furious! Can I roll it back?

Just updated my nexus 7 android tablet today and have lost everything. Photos . apps . contacts Everthing's gone furious and upset!

All your apps and contacts should be synced with your Google account and come back when you sign in. If you synced your photos to the cloud (Google+, Drive, Dropbox, etc) those will be recoverable too.....if not, you're kinda out of luck.
