I got a Samsung Galaxy s T-Mobile my phone broke so I want to put the T-Mobile Sim in this at Galaxy s and keep T-Mobile

Just put the SIM card in. The account you're on is the account on the SIM card, no matter which phone it's in. Due to the fact that the AT&T S doesn't have all TMobile's 3G frequencies, you may be limited to EDGE data (slow speed) where you are.
