How can I fix my Galaxy S3 screen it is unresponsive?

galaxy s3 screen unresponsive.

Can the connector be cleaned in case of poor connection? It works on and off... The screen is crisp and vibrant. I took it apart, blew on the connections and it worked, but only for a short time. It soon became unresponsive. I feel like it can be fixed without the cost of a new digitizer.

Welcome to Android Central! Try cleaning it with rubbing alcohol. But it might not be due to a dirty contact--it might be a loose connection or a faulty wire, which would require replacement of the wire. Not sure if you can replace the wire on its own.
