Why dooes my S4 Mini vibrate when I copy/paste and when I hold onto things?

S4 Mini vibrates when i copy/paste, when i hold onto things

Hey so my Samsung Glaxy S4 Mini vibrates when i copy something, for example a message or online text, when I hold onto the dropdown menu for anything to get to settings, for example when i hold onto the wifi button to get to the wifi settings, also vibrates when i hold the home button to show all running apps.
This DID NOT happen previously, my friend grabbed my phone and i dont know what he did but this began to happen, I´m not a fan of it at all because I´ve noticed it sort of lags to do the vibrating and then what I want it to do.

Try Settings, Sound, Vibtrate On Touch.
