i cant access play store in htc 816

for the past 4 days i cant access playstore. its showing connection timed out. I rebooted the phone but no result. couyld u please help me out??

Try clearing the cached data in Settings, Storage.

I also face the same problem since yesterday with my HTC 816.
Initially it start with I cannot click into Clock, then I cannot click into google play anymore.

After reset the phone back to factory setting, it is still the same.
