oppo neo3 authentication problem wifi

i got new phone oppo neo3 from buy and sell site here at the phillippines, and the problem is when i got home ill try to connect in my friend wifi connection and how many time ill tried to do restart power off and also the airplane mode that i have reviewed from here at this forum but i cant work., i dont know what im going to do plsssssssssssssssssssssss im begging anyone to help me to resolve my problem about this.,.i want to used my phone easily and feel happy .,.

We know now that you can't connect. But what's the problem? You can't find the wifi connection to connect to it? You don't know the password? It connects, then disconnects? Some other problem? They're all totally different problems.
