How do I reboot a Call Touch China tablet failing to enter into recovery mode?

how to rebbot call touch china tablet failing to enter into recovery mode

the device gets stuck in boot loop as it keeps on displaying the Call touch logo. Due to this I cant enter into the recovery mode. I tried using the ADB prompt but it tells me that no device is connected.

No device will be connected in adb until it finishes booting to something.

You'll need whatever flashing tool that device uses and a ROM image, to reflash the ROM. Unfortunately, about the only place you're going to get these things for a Chinese device is the manufacturer. Not enough of them are sold for developers to spend time developing things for them.
