Why does it say that the NOTE 4 for Verizon is $99 w/upgrade when it's not?

Samsung is having a 4 day sale and android central.com is saying that for Verizon , this phone is discounted $200. But once on Bestbuy's website and after calling the store they tell me that it is on sale for $199. How is this possible? The sale runs until March 29th. Am i missing something?

Could be that Bestbuy decided not to do the $99 for the phone and the article was written before they changed it back to $199.
