Over the last 3/4 days my Samsung Tab S keeps disconnecting and rebooting. Any suggestions?

It does not stay on for more than a few seconds!! Also sometimes when it disconnects it does not reboot/restart.

Could be defective, try doing a factory reset and if it still does it could be a problem with the tablet hardware.
