KATA I3S battery - when trying to charge, the phone restarts and goes to a battery error logo

when i wake up yesterday, my phone is not booting up or display i think its needs to charge.. but when i charge it only batt logy appear and it automaticaly shutdown it self and when it boot again into batt logo.. battery red. that not responding or not charging.. someone can help to me please..

Welcome to Android Central.
The battery may have discharged for some reason overnight. Try an extended charge period, and if no go, consider a new battery. But a proper diagnosis from a repairer would be a good idea.
The cause of any such discharge will then need attention. Get back to us if you need further help.

I am having a hard time charging my kata i3s. Ive already tried different chrgera that works on other device but still they dont work on my phone. Help me please.
