Nothing on my phone will operate. How can I fix this?

Nothing on my phone will operate.

I have an HTC android adr6300 its pretty old. But whenever you try to use the keyboard only a bunch of Q's come out and I've tried doing the tutorial thing but it won't even let me type on there, also anytime I turn off the phone and turn it back out/ all the apps I deleted or removed are back on it again. It says im low on space and I cant factory reset anything because nothing deletes, it all is there again. NOTHING WORKS.

Welcome to Android Central! Sounds like it's simply failing. It might be a motherboard issue.

Try doing a factory reset from the Recovery Menu:
