It was stolen after purchase and I remained with the accessories. I am looking for the serial number so that I can track it

Welcome to Android Central! On the big UPC sticker on the box, it should be listed as "S/N." Can you track it using Android Device Manager? https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/6160491?hl=en

If you haven't already, make sure you change your Google password. If you don't, the person who has the phone right now could start accessing all of your Google data (if you didn't have a screenlock set).
