Why is my Galaxy S6 Edge not receiving nor sensing multimedia messages?!

Got the new Galaxy S6 Edge Wednesday and had no problem sending or receiving pictures/videos etc. Now if someone sends me a picture, it will show up for a few seconds then disappear.
I checked all of my wifi connections and settings and everything is normal.
Can someone please help me fix this?

It's under warranty, your carrier will help you. (If the phone has to be replaced, they'll replace it.)
