Can't write to SD card!

Please help! I have a 32gb SD card for a year now and in the last month it started to become corrupt sometimes it works sometimes it won't work. When I remount the card it works, but for a short while then It does not work. I can't even capture photos with my camera, when I try to open the photo it says "NO MEDIA FOUND" I tried with a recovery mode "clockworkmod" to use the card as a mass storage but no success. I had Android 4.0.2 ics and then I updated the rom to Android 4.4.4 kk so I thought it maybe the update that was the problem but I couldn't install my old rom because I have to transfer the rom to the SD card. I am trying to fix this problem for weeks and I couldn't find on Google so I tried the forum. Thx for reading.

Have tried using an adapter to read the card on your computer without using your phone?

Well I have the adapter but my computer does not support sd card adapter slots.

I will try to get that usb that you can put in the sd card and use it as a flashdrive.
