Is there a need?

Is there a need to create something better than the current product so that we are able to clearly see our phone? Because i have seen some product that are not very useful for me when i purchased and used it at home. The product will be used in a situation where you have no arm rest and wants to use your phone without straining it. I did some research that we need at least the phone to be in front of us, directly straight of our eyes and 25-32cm away and some product does not do so. We look down to view our phone which causes neck pain.
