HTC one S turned itself off and now won't turn on, what do I do?!

My HTC one S turned itself off and now it won't turn on. It was charging so the LED light was on, and when unplugged it from the charger and the LED is still on (it's only supposed to be on when charging). How can I fix it without doing a hard reset? (holding down the power and volume buttons won't work). I really need my phone right now so please help!

If you're able to boot into Recovery, try a Cache Partition wipe first.
