Why won't my Galaxy S4 update?

A

AC Question

I have a galaxy s4 with Viaero Wireless. There is no place in the settings to check for updated for some reason. I only have an app for OTA update services. It says my device is up to date, but I still have android 4.3. Everybody else's samsungs have already updated to the newest version. I went to Viaero to ask for help and the useless guy there told me that he didn' know why I did not have a system update button and told me to factory reset my phone and hopes that that will work and automatically update. I have Samsung Kies, but that won't read my phone although I downloaded the drivers. Any suggestions?

I've went there and there is no software update. I took it to viaero and the guy there couldn't find it either. His only advice was to factory reset my phone. Resetting my phone didn't sound like a good idea

try
go to settings --> more --> about device --> software update

create a snapshot of your screen and post them here. I don't hav s4 but it should be done this way.
