How to transfer files with Glaxay S4 after recent firmware update?

I had no problems doing a USB transfer of data prior to the recent Android update. Now I don't see an option to connect and transfer files to my windows PC with a USB. So how do I transfer pictures, music, etc.? I have a Galaxy S4
