If you're on the phone all day, the battery won't last long. If you have the screen on at maximum brightness all day, especially with white or light colors (Amoled screens draw more current the lighter the pixel is), the battery won't last long.
If you have a strong phone signal, and have everything else, including the screen, turned off, you could get over 2 days down to 40% (which is the lowest you should allow the battery to discharge unless you have to call police or an ambulance).
