How do I stop my Galaxy S5 from announcing meeting reminders?

I accept a meeting invite in either my Outlook client on my pc or on my phone. The calendar entry is added. I have a default reminder set for 15 mins before the start. This Galaxy S5 announces the meeting reminder (via voice). I cannot figure out how to turn that off.

Go under settings, accessibility, and ensure you do not have things on in there. Sometimes with those on the phone will announce / read things to help those with disabilities.
