LG Lucid 3 phone Key board has stopped working. Phone is locked-can not trouble shoot- We tried one of the posted remedies by removing the battery and replacing battery and holding power and volume buttons down- phone does not go to settings or applications- just goes to home page and asks for password which we can not type...She is crushed. A total reset is ok if the phone is restored. Help?
