What is this white dot on my screen?

Hello. There is a white dot on tethepper right of the screen (it's not exactly a dot, but looks like a scratch)... I tried to take a screenshot and it appeared in the screenshot as well, so that meanit's not a hardware problem? I'm not sure...

I have a Samsung Galaxy Mega 6.3 19200

There are 2 types of hardware problems that can cause this:
1. Bad display pixel.
2. Bad display memory bit.

It sounds like it may be #2 since the screenshot shows the bad bit. There is really nothing you can do.
