Officially? No. Sammobile lists no firmware at all for the i9080 and for the i9080L it lists 4.2.2 as the highest revision (and no entry on that model for the US).

That doesn't stop you from visiting the folks at XDA and finding a custom ROM to use but that's to be done at your own risk so be sure to read up on EVERYTHING related to that process and understand what you're getting yourself in for.
