How to get partial update apl from play store on android one?

I have problem with my android one device. When I update app from playstore, it fully update not partial. Example: when I update Google app (33 mb) from LG G3 stylus lollipop it only 21 mb for update. But when I update from android one device it fully update 33 mb for same version on LG G3 stylus. How to fix it?

Different phones, running on different ROMs, get different updates. There's nothing to fix. (Writing one app, with a single version, that will do all functions equally well, is so much more work than compiling different versions for different phones/ROMs, that it's done the second way. It's the opposite of how desktop/laptop programming is done.)
