Why is my phone not turning on after trying to update it?

When I turn my phone on the Samsung logo comes on with a lockpad saying custom then a yellow warning sign comes on saying " this is old binary please update latest binary....secure fail:kernel" Please help!!1

Welcome to Android Central! Which Samsung phone is it? How did you update it? Was it an official system update pushed over the air, or did you manually install a ROM? It kind of sounds like you flashed the wrong ROM.
