Why my earbuds shuts down with a second incoming call?

I have tried several earbuds without positive results. Every time I am talking and I have an incoming second call, immediately the earbuds are shut down forcing me to disconnect them from the cell to keep on talking with the first call or to answer the second call. Any solutions?

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? Are these wired or Bluetooth earbuds? When the earbuds cut out due to the second call, does the phone's earpiece speaker reactivate, even with the earbuds still plugged in?

Is a Samsung S6. earbuds are wired. I have tried with several earbuds, same result. I can hear my self in the earbuds if I left then plugged in. That's why I have to rush in and unplug the earpiece so I can then be able to get the second call or to continue my first conversation.

Are these earbuds all from different companies, or are they the same model? Are any of the earbuds the ones that came with the phone?

I have tried with the one that comes with the cel and with other from different companies, same result!!
