My galaxy s5 shows factory settings in korean language why?

My galaxy S5 is made in Korea by Samsung, and his model is SM-G900H and currently his version is 4.4.2 kitkat. i want to upgrade his version on 5.0 lollipop but when i start the process (Down volume key + Power + Home button) the factory settings not in English language they show me Korean language why is that happen to me Please help me, Thanks

Welcome to Android Central! I would guess it's because you have the Korean version intended for the Korean market.
