Why is +/- 50 % of my phone's features that require internet won't work?

So I just bough a new phone yesterday. It's a Lg G3, it runs pretty fast and all but there is one problem. I am experiencing some difficulties with the some apps. For exemple:

The google play store won't load.
Some apps that require internet won't load either.
Some sites won't load.
Maps won't load.
I can't download anything from my computer.
etc.

It's not my internet since google chrome works fines, I can even watch some youtube videos. But, I can't do anything that I listed above.
Clearing cache and data didn't help. I manage to make it work twice, I did a factory reset. It worked till I got to sleep. The other time, no idea, it worked for 10 minutes.

Welcome to Android Central! Does this happen on both wi-fi and mobile data? Did you log in with your Google account when you first set the phone up?
